Damages and issues: If damage occurs in the shipping process please contact us within 3 days of delivery. You will be either shipped a replacement or refunded your entire order.

Refunds: Due to the nature of our business, once a shipment shows delivered, we do not accept refunds.

Incorrect shipping address: We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, so please double check the address before ordering.

Shipping time frame: Items ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please contact directly if you’d like an item expedited.

* Occasionally an item becomes unavailable. If that happens, it will be replaced with a like item of equal or greater value.
